Did an egg white facial!
Yes, egg white. From eggs.
THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
1 fresh egg
1 fork
2 small bowls
REMINDERS:
-it can feel itchy as it dries since it tightens to the point where you can't move any face muscles
-do not do this if you are allergic to eggs
STEPS:
1. Wash your face thoroughly. Make sure your skin is free of all makeup. If you have long hair you will want to tie it back.
2. Take your egg and crack it. Separate the yolk into one bowl and the egg white in the other bowl. You can use the egg yolk later for cooking or throw it out. (As for me, I ended up cooking and eating eat since I don't like wasting food)
3. Beat the egg white with a fork till you see bubbles.
4. Dab your clean fingertips on the egg white and apply it onto your face. (You don't need to apply too much, an even layer would be fine. 1tablespoon can consume your whole face.)
5. Let it dry. (You'll know that it's dry when you can no longer smile.)
6. When dry, rinse it off with water.
PROS OF USING EGG WHITE FACIAL:
-it's natural
-wonderful for treating oily skin
-moisturizes skin
-whitening the skin
-it gives you a TEMPORARY face lift
-it tightens the skin
-diminishes pore size
-lovely tingly feel when washed off
-leaves skin feeling smooth and even
CONS OF USING EGG WHITE FACIAL:
-it can be a tad messy to apply
-it doesn't always work on cystic acne

Have you ever felt like your heart was on your sleeve? Tried to make believe it doesn't hurt, but that just makes it worse?
Probably the worst thing that I could ever do is to let all the people who believe in me, down. But that's just it. They expect too much. They expect you to live up to their expectations, but what about what you want? Your goal? Your dream? Your wish? Your own fears? They expect you to be strong and stay strong, for everyone, for YOU. But what if you can't handle it anymore? What if you just want to live life without pretending that you're okay when you're not. A life when you don't have to fake a smile just to save the time explaining to everyone what happened. A life that isn't real.
Let's face it. No one has a prefect life. Everyone has their own flaws. NO LIFE IS A FAIRYTALE. But that's the way it should be. Because if you never experienced the negative things in life, you'd never be able to experience the positives in life.
Like the saying goes,
"When you loose something, something better is bound to happen."
